Questions
MOQ starts at 500 pieces per part number for standard LV harness assemblies, and 200 pieces for terminated leads. Custom connector sets and EV harnesses are quoted per drawing, usually from 1,000 pieces. We hold tooling and raw stock for repeat orders of the same part number.
Standard part numbers ship in 25 to 35 days, custom EV harness assemblies in 40 to 55 days including in-house connector moulding. Tooling for a new housing adds 15 to 20 days. Sea freight Ningbo to Rotterdam runs 30 to 35 days; we also quote air freight for pilot builds.
Yes. We send 5 pieces per part number with a dimensional and continuity report, plus golden samples for the first production lot. Sample cost is credited against the first order. Expect 7 to 10 days for samples of catalogue items, 15 days for custom assemblies.
Every lot carries an 8D-capable dimensional report, continuity and insulation resistance checks, a wire gauge and cross-section listing, and PPAP documents on request. Shipment includes the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and HS codes for connectors and wire sets.
The manufacturing site runs IATF 16949, and our quality manual is aligned to VDA 6.3 for process audits. Compliance for the finished assembly, including CE marking where the directive applies, is confirmed per project before tooling; we supply the technical file.
Terms are 30 percent deposit and 70 percent against the bill of lading copy for new accounts, with open account terms after three shipments. Warranty covers 12 months or 20,000 vehicle hours, whichever comes first, for defects in workmanship, termination and crimp quality.
